In a crowded wellness market full of hype and contradiction, Earth Supps set out to do something different: make healing feel honest, intentional, and personal. While many brands focus on aesthetics or biohacks, Earth Supps roots itself in tradition and backs it with science, offering nature-based remedies through a thoughtfully designed digital experience.

The Challenge: Wellness Without the Noise
Today’s wellness consumer is overwhelmed. Between influencer-fueled trends and overly clinical supplements, there’s a lack of clarity, trust, and personalization. People want to feel better, but are unsure where to start, and they often bounce between one-size-fits-all solutions that don’t meet their needs. Earth Supps needed to become more than a supplement company; it needed to be a supportive, informative, and beautiful system of care.
The Insight: People Don’t Just Want Products, They Want a Relationship
In interviews and audits of existing wellness platforms, I noticed a pattern: users wanted simplicity and transparency. They wanted to understand why a remedy works, not just what it does. They were drawn to brands that felt warm and intentional, not sterile or salesy. They needed a digital experience that guided without overwhelming. This insight became the foundation for everything, from brand tone to app UX.

To bring Earth Supps to life, I centered the design around key user needs:

How did I get here? Through interviewing wellness seekers, I learned that there is serious frustration with one-size-fits-all supplements. An audit of wellness apps shared that many current solutions are too clinical, too sales‑driven, and too disconnected. My key insights from this research shared that users seek clarity, connection, choice, and calmed ritual. It became abundantly clear that users value transparency: they want “why it matters,” not just dosage.

A System That Feels Like Care
The interface mirrors the product: intentional, minimal, and emotionally supportive. From the mushroom logo (symbolizing growth and intelligence) to the soft illustration style, every brand element speaks to wholeness and harmony. The app itself guides users gently, never pushing, always inviting. Daily logs, personalized check-ins, and guided educational content create a layered experience that evolves with the user.
Balancing E-Commerce and Empathy
One major challenge was integrating a functional, streamlined e-commerce experience with an emotionally resonant wellness journey. Most supplement stores are transactional; this needed to be transformational. I carefully structured the user flow so that shopping and learning felt intertwined, not separate. Another challenge was designing wellness tracking that felt empowering, not medicalized, striking the right tone through color, content, and copy.
Intentional Wellness, Delivered
The final product is a full-spectrum wellness platform: part supplement shop, part reflection space, part education hub. Whether users are trying Lion’s Mane for focus or exploring their emotional patterns, Earth Supps meets users with calm, clarity, and care. It’s designed to feel not like a tool, but a guide, quietly powerful and beautifully grounded.
What I’m Proud Of: Designing for Healing, Not Hype
Earth Supps doesn’t shout, it listens. I’m proud of how the product balances aesthetic beauty with genuine utility, how every screen reflects the same values the ingredients do: simplicity, potency, and integrity. This wasn’t just about selling a product, it was about designing an ecosystem of trust.
Honest Design Is the Future of Wellness
This project reinforced how deeply users crave honesty in health. I learned how to craft design systems that honor both science and intuition, and how to build experiences that support, not prescribe. In a world of quick fixes, Earth Supps is about returning to what works: nature, ritual, and trust.
